Without a doubt, Dipti’s Salon at 2714 W. Touhy Avenue is where to take your brows in Chicago.  Threading at Dipti’s is $7, far less than the competition.  Her shaping genius is a much higher value, so don’t forget a generous tip.  She literally changed my face. 

Really grow your eyebrows out, so she has something with which to work.  I went 2 or 3 times my first year, but now I go once a year, and maintain by myself with no problem.  If you're taking the CTA:  Brown Line to Kimball, 93 bus to Touhy.

The salon is more like an assembly line, but hey, you wanted cheap, right?
